Important Notices
• Security Deposit: ₹10,000 (Cash only) – Refundable after property inspection
• Cancellation Policy:
o Date changes allowed with ₹10,000 Penalty if informed 15 days prior to check-in
• Cleaning Charges: Applicable for stains, spills, or unpleasant odors
• Pool Contamination Penalty: Will apply for any contamination caused by drinks, soda, vomit, or broken glass
• Footwear Policy: No shoes or slippers inside the villa
• Air Conditioning: Please switch off ACs from remote when not in use
• Swimming Pool: Available till 10:00 pm
