House Rules :

– Check-in is available from 1 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM.

– We do not support late-night parties or loud music after 10 PM. DJ parties and large sound systems are strictly prohibited.

– Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction.

– Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Please use designated outdoor areas for smoking. A fine will be imposed for smoking indoors.

– Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

– Only Aadhar Cards, Driver’s Licenses, and Passports are accepted as valid ID proofs.

– Caretaker is available at the property from 10am till 7 pm.

Damage Deposit:

– A refundable security deposit of INR 10000/- will be collected upon arrival. This deposit is refundable provided that the total number of guests remains unchanged, the checkout time is adhered to, and no damages are incurred by guests.
