This luxurious villa is a perfect combination of industrial theme and tastefully done interiors suitable for weekend getaways.The patio is spacious, overlooking the valley while you take a swim in the infinity pool or just relax and have a peaceful evening with loved ones away from the hustle bustle of the city.The entire space is equipped with air-conditioning.

The space

Indoors :

The villa is spread across two levels – ground and first floor.

Ground floor :

The ground floor has a spacious living room with an open kitchen connected by an island platform and a dining area. There is a powder room attached to the living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped with 24×7 care taker.

Bedroom 1 with the ensuite bathroom and king size bed opens up to the patio and the pool along with the living room.

The entire ground floor is wheel chair accessible.

First floor

The first floor has a family room equipped with board games, carrom, etc. and an attached balcony perfect for watching the sunrise.

Bedroom 2 has an ensuite bathroom and a poster bed. The bathroom has free standing tub and a separate shower area overlooking the valley.

Bedroom 3 has an ensuite bathroom complete with a tub and a king size bed in the room.

Both the rooms have an attached balcony overlooking the valley and the pool.

Outdoors

Private pool

The size of the infinity pool is 24 ft X 12 ft and is 4 ft deep.

Patio

There is a large patio around the pool making it perfect place for everyone to unwind and enjoy the sunset.

Garden :

There is a garden on the other side of the house perfect for outdoor games or a cozy bonfire for those chilly nights.

Meals :

Meals can be arranged at an additional cost if notified in advance.
BBQ option available at an additional cost.

House Rules :

– Check-in is available from 1 PM onwards, and check-out must be completed by 11 AM.

– Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal valuables. The management is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal items.

– Illegal activities, including the possession or use of drugs/narcotics and weapons, are not allowed on the premises. The management retains the authority to report such activities to the local authorities, which may result in eviction.
