Terms & Conditions – VillaWale

Welcome to VillaWale! To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable stay for all our guests, we request that you carefully read and adhere to the following terms and conditions. By booking a property through VillaWale, you agree to abide by these terms:

1. Mandatory Photo Identification

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (such as Aadhar card, Passport, Driver’s License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in. This is mandatory for security and record purposes. No check-in will be allowed without valid ID proof.

2. Payment Terms

The full balance payment of your booking must be settled at the time of check-in. Failure to pay the balance amount will result in denial of access to the property.

3. Extra Guest Policy

Each villa has a predefined guest capacity limit. If the number of guests exceeds the allowed limit, an additional charge of ₹1,000 per person per night will be applicable. Management reserves the right to deny entry to excess guests if prior approval was not obtained.

4. Property Damage & Liability

Guests are responsible for maintaining the property in good condition throughout their stay. Any intentional or accidental damage caused to the property, furniture, fixtures, or amenities will be chargeable. The amount will be deducted from the security deposit, or additional payment may be requested.

5. Advance Payment & Cancellation Policy

The advance amount paid at the time of booking is non-refundable, regardless of cancellation, no-show, or change in plans. In case of rescheduling requests, approval is at the sole discretion of the VillaWale team and subject to availability.

6. Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of ₹5,000 is to be paid at the time of check-in. This deposit will be refunded at check-out after inspection of the property, provided there are no damages, rule violations, or pending dues.

7. Prohibited Activities

Any illegal activities, including but not limited to substance abuse, gambling, or possession of banned items, are strictly prohibited within the property premises. If any such activity is detected, the booking will be immediately terminated, and the matter may be reported to local authorities. No refund will be provided in such cases.

8. General Conduct

Loud music, parties, or any disturbance to neighbors or the community is not permitted unless prior approval has been granted. Guests are expected to respect check-in and check-out timings and maintain hygiene and cleanliness during their stay.

9. Right to Admission

The property owner/manager reserves the right to deny entry or cancel a booking if the guest is found violating any terms or misbehaving.

10. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the area where the property is located.
